How close do we get to cars and garage doors?
We stay about 2' away from cars and garage doors.
How do we handle cars parked in driveways?
We are trained to work around cars, but we will not clear areas inaccessible because of the car. It is best to move cars as far out of the way as possible or into the street. If a car is blocking your driveway and we are unable to service it, there will be an additional charge for us to make a return trip after the car is moved.
What is our repair policy?
We return of all of our clients properties in the spring to fix any yard damage. Although we strive to avoid damage, it is still possible especially when the ground is not frozen.
Do we spread salt on icy driveways?
We do not offer deicing service. Any deicers or abrasives are the homeowners responsibility.
